Hamburg has won a culinary highlight!
Since September 2019 there is the first tartar bar of the city in our Böckmann’s. Inspired by a market hall, the menu also features changing highlights made from regional ingredients. Among other things, juicy steaks from the beefer and freshly caught fish are served.
Our tartar bar is unique in Hamburg and offers you the possibility to enjoy our created tartar dishes as well as to put together your own tartar.
We attach great importance to fresh, seasonal and regional ingredients and therefore serve weekly/daily changing, market-fresh delicacies. A highlight are also our meat dishes from the 800° beefer.
Of course, our kitchen team has something for every taste. There are also popular classics such as burger and Ceasar salad, as well as local specialties from schnitzel to currywurst.
